CT7971 - A new reverse servo piston with permanently bonded rubber seal for FORD C4 Transmission. This piston with fresh rubber seal will stop low and reverse slippage and slow engagement on cold start up on your C-4. Improves overall performance of transmission. Also includes servo cover oring.

Worked as it should. Everything fit. The gasket is a bit tricky to get on, but that's the nature of how it's designed.

Seal fit
Servo piston fits well. The square profile o-ring does not like to stay seated in place on the servo cover. It measures about 1mm too small of diameter. Must use an adhesive to assure it stays in position for assembly.
