CT1700 - A new speedo housing leak stop kit for GM TH375, TH400, TH475 & 3L80E Transmissions, 1964 & up. Includes outer oring, inside rubber gear seal and spring retainer clip to stop leaking at your speedometer housing. This kit fits speedo housings designed for 34-39 and 40-45 tooth speedo gears. It will stop the leak where the speedo cable connects to the transmission.

Perfect for 1972 Corvette TH400
Fits perfectly. I would recommend a new speedo gear while installing this seal set. If the gear shaft has any wear or grooving it may still leak.
