CT9720 - A new OEM neutral safety switch for TF6/904 and TF8/727 transmissions, 1965-68. May fit other years as well. Single Prong. Includes metal seal gasket. A bad neutral safety switch may leak or cause your vehicle to not start. This is a difficult to find item, but we were able to locate a few. It would be wise to have a spare one on the shelf so it is there when you need it.

Switch
For what the switch cost it could have came with a nut , it's not SAE. It's metric. Luckily I have a junk drawer with miscellaneous fasteners.

Installed easily in threaded transmission opening and works as intended.

Neutral Safety Switch 65-68
The new switch plugged into my 66 Fury, with the TF 727 perfectly. It also functions as required, starting only in Park and Neutral. The new o-ring keeps that spot dry now too. Can't ask for anything more
